Shipping methods and terms

The products are sent to the shipping address that you have indicated in the order. The delivery time of the order will be limited by the availability of the requested product or products. This is indicated on each product sheet.

The client undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered within the usual hours of delivery of goods. In case of breach by the client of this obligation, Excellence Fertility will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the client. The transport company will make two delivery attempts to the requested address. If the case arises, the impossibility of delivering the merchandise in these two attempts, this may derive additional costs for the client, costs of third delivery and/or storage of merchandise, which the client will have to agree with the transport company. . Excellence Fertility, in no case, is obliged to face these expenses due to impossibility of delivery.
